WTSC Communications was formed in 1998 in Pueblo, Colorado to meet the telecommunications market’s requirements for superior customer service fused with the most advanced technical experience. We strive to meet these objectives while maintaining the personal business touch of a small company. We now have an office in Colorado Springs and technical staff located in and around Denver CO.

Our staff has extensive experience in implementing both voice and data communications solutions, and can design, implement and maintain a converged call processing and data traffic routing solution to fit your needs.

	Randy Block Sales Engineer Randy is an audio, video, and security professional specializing in the design, project management, and sales of engineered low voltage systems.

	Dan Carlson Field Service Engineer Dan is the newest member of the West-Tech team. He is knowledgeable with NEC phone systems and voice mail systems, as well as cabling projects.

	Dave Finegold Sales Engineer Dave has been engineering projects with WTSC since 1998. While Dave holds many certifications in NEC and Fujitsu, his strong suit is Nortel. He currently engineers all of our Nortel projects and provides in-house tech support for our other technicians.

	Patrick Galvin President Patrick has been in the telecommunications industry for over twenty years. He embraces the philosophy of developing relationships with his clients with the commitment to provide support for the life of their communications system.

	Chris Hayden Project Manager Chris has worked for WTSC for over six years and manages many of our large telecom projects and customer service for our client base.

	Bill Jury Operations Manager Bill has been in the telecom industry for 30 years. He oversees the operations of the company, such as technicians, project managers and dispatch.

	Todd Mrotek Field Service Engineer Todd has expertise in Nortel products and data networking systems. In addition to the many Nortel certifications that he holds, Todd is also a Microsoft Certified Engineer. He currently is also an adjunct professor at Colorado State University-Pueblo instructing data networking classes.

	Karl Nelson Field Service Engineer Karl has expertise in the Tadiran and NEC systems. Karl has over twenty five years experience in the industry.

	Patsy Reeder controller Patsy works out of the Pueblo office and handles the accounting for WTSC.

	Amber Robinson Communications Consultant Amber will celebrate her 8th year of employment with WTSC. She enjoys the ever-changing world of technology and she maintains long-term relationships with the many clients she’s done business with during her 16-year career in telecommunications, including project management and sales.

	Jose Rojas Field Service Engineer Jose is based out of Denver working on client installations, moves, additions, changes and service calls. He is very knowledgeable on Nortel, NEC and ACD systems. Jose has an Associates Degree from Trinidad State Junior College in Cisco data networking.

	Kyle Smith NEC Sales Engineer Kyle oversees NEC installations, assists our sales team in designing and engineering systems and has over 15 years in the telephone communications industry.

	Becky Treanor Sales Consultant Becky is the newest member of the sales team. Becky has been sales support for Kevin going on seven years. It was time for her to break out and cover the Pueblo market.

	Kevin Treanor Sr. Account Executive Kevin has been working with Pat Galvin for 13 years, marketing voice and data solutions. He achieves success by embracing the client partnership philosophy that is central to the WTSC vision.

	Nick Valentine Purchasing Manger Nick coordinates and purchases all items needed for installations, client moves, additions and changes as well as client service calls.
