Communications Consultant

Amber will celebrate her 10th year of employment with West Tech. She enjoys the ever-changing world of technology and she maintains long-term relationships with the many clients she's done business with during her 16-year career in telecommunications, including project management and sales.

Chris Hayden
Client Services/Operations Manager

Chris has worked for West Tech since 1999 and manages our Customer Service Dispatch Center to include the coordination and scheduling of our Field Technicians.

Dave Finegold
Voice and Data Sales/System Engineer

Dave has been engineering projects with West Tech since 1998. While Dave holds many certifications in NEC and Fujitsu, his strong suit is Nortel. He currently engineers all of our Nortel projects and provides in-house tech support for our other technicians.

Patsy Reeder
Controller

Patsy works out of our Pueblo office and handles Financial and Contract Administration for West Tech.

Todd Mrotek
Voice/Data Field Service Engineer

Todd has expertise in Nortel products and data networking systems. In addition to the many Nortel certifications that he holds, Todd is also a Microsoft Certified Engineer. He currently is also an adjunct professor at Colorado State University-Pueblo instructing data networking classes.

Nick Valentine
Purchasing Manager

Nick has been an asset to West tech for over 10 years and coordinates and purchases all items needed for installations, client moves, additions and changes as well as client service calls.

Melanie Hines
Client Advocate

Melanie is our Client Advocate specializing in Consultation, Project Management and facilitates most of our product training. She was recruited into the communications industry in 1997 and has been a part of the West Tech team since 2003.

Kyle Smith
NEC/Shoretel Sales Engineer

In a 20 year telecom career (the last 10+ with West-Tech) Kyle has covered the spectrum from cable-puller to Operations Management to one of only 4 NEC Master Technicians in the state of Colorado.  His current duties include engineering all our NEC and Shoretel solutions and overseeing those implementations, and supporting our field staff on those products.

Jose Rojas
Field Service Engineer

Jose is based out of Denver working on client installations, moves, additions, changes and service calls. He is very knowledgeable on Nortel, NEC and Shortel Systems. Jose has an Associates Degree from Trinidad State Junior College in Cisco data networking.

Kevin Treanor
Communications Consultant

Kevin has been working with Pat Galvin for over 15 years, marketing voice and data solutions. He achieves success by embracing the client partnership philosophy that is central to the West Tech vision.

Ray McKee
Field Service Engineer

Ray's expertise are in complex NEC Systems implementations to include Automatic Call Distribution design and Desktop Application integration. Ray has been in the industry for over 20 years.

Matt Kowlsen
Field Service Engineer

Matt has expertise with the Norstar, Nortel, NEC, Fujitsu and system implementations as well as Low Voltage wiring installation. Matt has over 10 years experience in the industry.
