 Colorado Department of Transportation |
WTSC is currently engaged with the State of Colorado in deploying a statewide communications network for the
state’s largest agency. This network features a Nortel Networks 1000M Multi group (Option 81) at the main
hub location. Six regional locations will deploy the 1000M Single Group with all sites in the region
networked to this location. The system utilizes IP transport over an existing ATM fiber backbone. Each
major regional location as well as the main location consists of CallPilot Voicemail and OTM management
systems. The entire project was awarded to WTSC as a 5-year initiative. Currently 50% of the project is
completed with 3-years remaining on the awarded contract. The planning and project management demands of
this initiative are challenging, WTSC has been successful in meeting and exceeding the requirements of
this project. Each location is geographically diverse and project sites are located throughout the entire
State. This has necessitated a superior level of planning and implementation. When complete, this project
will provide the benchmark against which all other State agencies are measured. This includes the successful
implementation of a statewide 5-digit dialing plan that will be used as a blueprint for the other state
agencies. Future projects include Call Center integration as well as a robust Interactive Voice response
system that will streamline and improve the present system in place. This project will result in the most
extensive networked voice communication system that the State of Colorado has deployed. Progress on this
initiative is superior with successful completion of all major milestones to date. The success of this
endeavor has been achieved through superlative planning and advanced technical ability.

 City of Pueblo, Colorado |
WTSC has completed and continues to support a metro area network for a major Colorado
metropolitan area, the City of Pueblo, Colorado. This network features both TDM and VoIP
transport to 11 large PBX locations using a Nortel Networks backbone for seamless
communication to all City locations. The described network features a combination of
PSTN dedicated circuit’s (using a Qwest DS-3) along with native fiber where available.
WTSC is currently engaged with the City in deploying an expanded fiber network by providing
Nortel Networks data switches for fiber terminations and edge LAN switching. The networks
core features a Nortel Networks 1000 M Single Group (option 61). This location provides
the city’s main hub and includes a networked CallPilot voice mail system, OTM server and
system management as well as a Scan Soft voice recognition system for advanced call routing.
All citywide IP sets register at this location utilizing the city’s data network for IP
connectivity. The combination of TDM and IP network topologies allow citywide expansion
with flexibility and long term cost savings. The entire network was deployed with a huge
increase in features and connectivity and no net increase in monthly telecommunications
costs.

Invesco Field at Mile High/Denver Broncos Headquaters |
The Denver Broncos are a world-class professional football organization that has entertained
and enthralled football fans for more than 40 years. After back-to-back Super Bowl wins in
the late 1990’s, it became apparent that a franchise of that rank and stature would need a
state-of-the-art facility to accommodate and serve the dedicated fans and community. In
August of 2001, INVESCO Field at Mile High opened its doors for the first time, and with
it came the certainty that Denver and the surrounding communities would have a source of
pride for many years to come.
Part of developing plans for the new stadium included implementing a communications
infrastructure to serve multiple vendors, broadcasting companies such as ESPN, NBC and Fox,
departments and individuals both at the stadium and Denver Broncos Corporate Headquarters at
Dove Valley. The communications network needed to be robust and reliable, simple to manage
and offer advanced business applications and features to meet the needs of the Denver
Broncos and the Metropolitan Stadium District.
The heart of the telecommunications network is the Nortel Networks Meridian 1/Communications
Server 1000 System. Both the corporate headquarters and INVESCO Field at Mile High
implemented a Meridian system to provide telephony communications for multiple internal
and external customers. The two sites communicate via a dedicated VoIP backbone that
delivers their data and video requirements as well. Nortel Networks, the Metropolitan
Stadium District and the Denver Broncos chose WTSC Communications with their vast experience
in implementing large, complex enterprise solutions to implement their telephony network.

Integrity Bank and Trust |
Integrity Bank and Trust opened their doors for business in a small temporary office in
Monument in 2003. They required a scalable, affordable system to meet their initial needs
that would easily expand to support their future building on Cipriani Loop. With plans to
open additional locations, and with the goal of providing optimal customer service, Integrity
Bank & Trust required a communication platform that would allow multiple bank locations to
be linked together, providing seamless feature transparency across sites. WTSC Communications
was able to fulfill these requirements with the communication system that was installed in
Monument, and subsequently connected their second location at Powers Center Point to the
bank in Monument. The two sites are operating as if they were under the same roof.

MountainView Medical Group |
MountainView Medical Group is an organization whose core values include service, quality, and
integrity. This served as their foundation for selecting WTSC Communications to provide the
IT infrastructure wiring, as well as the communication systems for several new buildings.
WTSC Communications installed a communications platform for MountainView Medical Group in
2004 at the Powers Medical Plaza on Tutt Blvd. The system needed to accommodate
MountainView’s high call volume, while being flexible enough to handle the unique call
handling needs of multiple tenants in the building. WTSC Communications completed the
low voltage wiring for the building infrastructure, suited for each tenant’s specific
technology needs. In 2005, MountainView Medical Group opened another facility at Tenderfoot
Hill, which had similar requirements for each specific tenant. WTSC Communications is
currently maintaining all communication systems for MountainView Medical Group.

Fountain Fort Carson School District |
Fountain Fort Carson School District had a goal of seamlessly connecting all sites within
the District on a single communication platform, while taking advantage of the latest
technology, and reducing operating costs of maintaining separate voice and data networks.
A robust PBX and voice mail platform sits at the core of the network located in the
Administration building in Fountain. WTSC Communications implemented a robust NEC PBX and
voice mail system to transport phone calls across the District’s data network, consisting
of a dozen different sites in Fountain and Fort Carson. By utilizing Voice over IP
technology, the District was able to realize substantial cost savings by converging their
voice and data network. The remote units at the dozen sites are fully survivable as
stand-alone units in the event of a network outage and can be attached to local phone
lines, ensuring the reliability and stability necessary to support the safety of all
students and faculty.

ERA Shields Real Estate |
WTSC Communications has continued to support ERA Shields’ growth, utilizing the original
hardware and software investment they made in 2000. It was ERA Shields’ vision to deliver
the industry’s most valuable technology to their agents, whether inside or outside the office. We
brought that vision to life by implementing a Unified Messaging Solution to provide a
streamlined method of accessing voice mail, email, and fax messages through a single
interface. By employing Voice over IP technology, ERA Shields is able to utilize their data
network for their inter-office voice calls. We are proud to be the communication solution
provider for all 3 of ERA Shields’ locations in the Rockrimmon, Broadmoor, and Interquest
area.

The Andrew Wommack Ministries |
The Andrew Wommack Ministries facility on Elkton Drive houses administrative offices, a Bible
College, a call center handling donations, catalog orders, and prayer requests, a television
recording studio, and a radio studio. The television and radio programs are broadcast in the
U.S. and in over 30 countries. In 2004, Andrew Wommack Ministries was faced with a
communication dilemma. The legacy system in place was in need of upgrades and expansion,
but AWMI didn’t have the budget for a new system. WTSC Communications quickly responded by
configuring a communication solution to fit their needs. By utilizing 90% of the existing
hardware, and all of the existing telephone instruments, WTSC Communications was able to
provide a cost-effective configuration to incorporate new features, but also accommodate
the increased number of users when Andrew Wommack expanded their facility on Elkton Drive.
WTSC Communications performed a software upgrade and performed all the voice, data, and
fiber optic cabling associated with the 60,000 square ft expansion.
